The Outback experience is offered, no matter the financial capability of the guest.
This is where you come in. You have the awesome privilege of sponsoring guests – whether they are couples or parent/teen pairs.
Why? Often people need financial support to attend. They may not have the financial ability to pay all or a portion of the registration fees. Or, they may view the financial cost as an ‘obstacle’ to their attending. Either way, Outback Texas looks to individuals and organizations to partially or fully sponsor one or more guests.
Perhaps you know of someone that should go to Outback Texas, but is concerned about the cost. You know they need to get to Outback Texas but finances are in the way. Give them a hand and help them get to Outback Texas!
Maybe you don’t know anyone, personally, but want to assist through financial support to partially or fully underwrite some guest’s registration costs. Help others get to Outback Texas!

- Once you have registered navigate to where you can enter the information for the guest you wish to sponsor. Enter their information and pay online via e-check or credit card. Optionally, if you wish to generally sponsor guests, navigate to the donation portion of the site and pay online via e-check or credit card – please indicate that you’re sponsoring guest registrations.
- After you sponsor or donate you will receive a confirmation email with all detailed information included.
It takes thousands of dollars to put on each Outback Texas event. And, we need your help.
The heavy lifting has been done. The property has been prepared to handle Outback Texas events. However, before each event starts, much remains to be done. While the use of the venue/property is free, each event requires items such as:
- Renting the “Big Top” and Dining Tents
- Renting the tables and chairs that are in the Dining Tent
- Purchasing the food items that are prepared and consumed during the weekend
- Arranging for trash/garbage pickup services
- Rental and placement of personal facilities (toilets and showers)
- …and the list goes on.
Outback Texas is very frugal and manages it’s money very well. We look for the best value and for maximum reuse so that we can manage our costs down. Irrespective of this fact, it still takes additional funds to prepare, host, and clean up after each event.
Please consider being an event supporter? Giving to the general fund to help ensure that we have the very best experience for the guests. The general fund ensures the music is the best it can be, that the food is terrific, that the environment is comfortable and safe, and that each guest goes away knowing that they have seen ‘excellence in action’ throughout the event.
